We are experts in bioanalysis with more than 20 years of experience in mass spectrometry and the analysis of drugs in biological matrices. The facility’s staff makes all its expertise in mass spectrometry and bioanalysis directly available to researchers and graduate students for the purposes of designing, carrying out and analyzing experiments. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, including three triple quadrupoles (Thermo Quantiva and Thermo Ultra) and a hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap instrument (Thermo Q Exactive Plus) for high-resolution analysis. These instruments are equipped with liquid chromatographic interfaces (HPLC, UHPLC and nano LC). We have recognized expertise in developing, validating and carrying out analyses to specifically identify and quantify xenobiotics and metabolites in biological matrices.
